Bio:
With an original syle and a master of graey musical hits, Chamaco Rivera was born in Guayama Puerto

Rico, a city on the southern parts of the island. His parents Mr. Carmelo Rivera and Mrs. Vicenta

Senquis are also originally from Puerto Rico. Always hard working and eager to succeed Chamaco was

raised and attended school in the humble towns of Olimpo and Lineas de Capo in the city of Guayama.

At the age of eleven. Chamaco did his first solo appearance in a group from Guayama called "Conjunto

de Alfonsito Pillot" at the local fair in his home Olimpo. This is where the public first gave him

the strength and motivation that hr needed to begin the singing career that he has enjoyed for many

years. As he became an adult his family decided to move to New Jersey where he tried different jobs

to begin a career, however his love for music was getting stronger. This is when he became one of

the primary founders of the "New Jersey Combo" and he began enjoying important stages for artists.

When this hit came along he moved to New York where he began working with the "Sonora Casino

Orchestra", Nelson Feliciano, "The Conspiracion"' until he reached the peak of his career when he

was discovered by the constituent and master musician Willie Rosario. With Willie Rosario he began

to culture his world fame. Immediately, Chamaco began working and became the lead vocalist with the

Willie Rosario Orchestra, where he popularized the unforgettable and international hit sing "Barrio

Obrero a la Quince". Chamaco also became a talented song writer. He wrote "Situacion Y Economia" La

Fuga de Toño, Plena de Pena, "Los tres Grandes" and "Don Rodriguez" wish became an international hit

when the world renowned artist and master musician Jose Feliciano recorded the song. This song began

a friendship between Jose Feliciano and Chamaco Rivera that to this day is inseparable. This

friendship also led to the collaboration by Jose Feliciano and Chamaco Rivera in the recording of

"Consuelo" which was a hit worldwide. Chamaco Rivera has the great luck of being accepted anywhere

he goes for his unique style as an artist. Being that his voice possesses a gift to make people

enjoy and dance to the rhythm that his music incorporates. This is why his gratitude for his fans is
